Terms of service

All services rendered between NZ TAC and the customer are deemed to be under contract from time of purchase or written agreement, including the supply of any services, products, components or special ordered items. Once the order has been confirmed, the end product will belong to NZ TAC until payment has been made in full.

In the case of invoiced or "per-hour" contract work, invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.

All prices are subject to change at NZ TAC's discretion and are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We may reject orders containing incorrect prices due to errors such as data entry mistakes, coding issues, hacking, manufacturer pricing errors, or translation inaccuracies. Prices are non-negotiable and exclude shipping and handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout. All sales include New Zealand GST (15%) at checkout. NZ TAC or the parent company, DD Industries Ltd, is not liable if your access method does not display GST in the listed price.
