Shipping policy

All shipping is arranged in addition to the purchase, and so liability is not assumed by NZ TAC or DD Industries Ltd for any subsequent loss as a result of shipping service issues. Restricted items will require the appropriate permissions and paperwork/forms before being sent away to the customer. For in-person pickups or deliveries, no shipping policy or liability will apply whatsoever.

All products are carefully packaged for safe delivery and shipped via Track & Trace courier, with delivery typically taking 1–5 business days depending on the destination. Orders are generally dispatched within three business days unless otherwise requested. If dispatch is delayed beyond three days, we will attempt to notify you with an updated dispatch date. Please verify your delivery address, as NZ TAC or DD Industries Ltd is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs for items returned due to an incorrect address. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
