Refund policy

We have a no questions asked returns policy on manufactured items, excluding ammunition. If you're not happy with the product, or if it doesn't do or fit what we said it would, return the product for a full refund of your purchase price.

All manufactured ammunition is done so either to factory specification or to a custom-developed recipe for your particular setup. Custom loading will only be carried out in-person and so is suited to your particular machine. Refunds of custom-loaded ammunition are not possible.

Any factory-spec ammunition is not liable for return or refund, unless specifically under recall from our manufacturing team. All batch-made ammunition is random-sample tested prior to being released for sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their machinery is in a safe and serviceable state to use such ammunition, and so refunds due to malfunction not related to our manufacturing process will not be available.
